How do I meet my driver?

Airport:

Domestic Arrivals:
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal at the bottom of the escalators and will be holding a sign with your name and your company name on it.

International Arrival:
will be meet by your driver at the arrivals area with a sign with your name and your company name on it.

Office/Home:
Your driver will be waiting for you outside of your premises at least 5 minutes before your booking and will not make contact unless requested prior.

What happens if I am running late?

Airport:
We monitor arrival time for your flight. Please make sure you meet your driver after you have landed. if you have further delays which won’t allow you to make contact, please call us immediately.

Office/Home: Your driver will wait five minutes past the booking time before contact you, then waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute

Prepayment?

This may be required for various reason.

What are your refund and/or cancellation policies?

If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice NO REFUND.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours a 50% REFUND.

If a booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice a FULL REFUND.

Are there any extra charges?

Most credit card and bank card providers charge a merchant fee of 10% which is added automatically to your transaction in car. This fee however is not applicable to bookings paid for in advance in our office. For baby and booster seats a $10 surcharge applies per seat. There is a surcharge for all bookings that specify a particular car.
Government of South Australia $1.00 Taxi levy applies to all point to point transfers.

Are there any extra charges for special events?

There is an extra surcharge for all bookings on specific dates at the discretion of management call on (61)-433-999-199 for more information.

What happens in the event of a no show?

If you fail to contact your driver at the agreed location, and do not contact us prior to the booking time, the driver may receive 100% of the full amount of the fare.

Can I make a booking over the phone after business hours/late night?

We do take calls 24 hours a day or you may make a booking online anytime, allowing up to 24 hours for the booking to be finalised you will receive a confirmation email once completed.
